3.2 YouTube スパムコメント (テキスト分類)
テキスト分類の例として、5つのYouTubeビデオについた1956件のコメントを用います。ありがたいことに、このデータセットを使用したスパム分類に関する論文の著者がデータを自由に利用可能な状態にしてくれました。(Alberto, Lochter, and Almeida (2015)14)
コメントは2015年の上半期の再生回数上位10件のうちの5つからYouTube APIを用いて収集されました。5件すべてはミュージックビデオで、そのうちの1つは、韓国のアーティスト Psy による ”カンナムスタイル” です。その他のアーティストは、Katy Perry, LMFAO, Eminem, Shakira です。
コメントのいくつかを見てみましょう。 コメントは、手動でスパムかそうでないかラベルがつけられています。 スパムは 1 というラベルで表され、スパムでない場合は 0 で表されます。

実際にYouTube にアクセスしてコメントを確認できます。 しかし、YouTube の地獄に巻き込まれて、猿がビーチで観光客からカクテルを盗んで飲む動画を見ないようにしてください。 Google のスパム検知は 2015 年から大きく変更されているかもしれません。
